Rude owner and extremely slow service. I am a single parent, just moved to the area and came in here before alone, but today, came in for the first time with my INFANT and 4 Year old to grab breakfast before going to the playground. We came in hungry and then we were seated almost immediately, but after about 25 minutes food had still not arrived. The waitress popped by to say there were still two tickets ahead of ours. I decided to cancel our order and leave. Before leaving, I mentioned it to the owner. Rather than being apologetic told me that I shouldn’t bring my kids in if we need to eat quickly because it’s not “a fast food restaurant” and we shouldn’t get any special priority over anyo...
Food was good but the service is terrible! One of our guests asked for water with a lemon slice. Waitress comes back with our drinks and tells our guest “we are not allowed to put lemon slices in our water” we then asked her for a few lemon slices and we will put the lemon slice in ourselves. Her reply was that the manager would not allow her to do that! At the end of our meal the waitress brings our bill. Their policy is that the customer has to go to the counter to pay the bill. While we were waiting for a member of our family to pay the bill. Food was not great. I ordered an egg white veggie omelet. The toast was cold, butter on top wasn’t even melted. The hash browns were inedible, they had a rancid oily taste. I had to spit mine out in a napkin because it tasted so off. My friend who also had hash browns said hers also tasted bad and was too greasy. The veggie omelet was the best part of my meal but I did pick out a small piece of sausage which was not supposed to be there, and I’m a vegetarian. My other friend was not impressed by the special, the French Toast was not soft and fluffy like she expected it to be and had no flavor. Service was slow and inattentive, never got any refills on our waters.
We have been loyal customers for many, many years and have never been treated so poorly. We always felt good going out and giving to one of our own restaurants in the community, but NO MORE. It took forever just to be noticed by the staff to take our order. We ordered the same couple of entries each time, so they knew exactly what to expect. The nickel diming became so apparent over the last few times that it was unbelievable! We will never step foot in Lynn’s again. GOOD BYE LYNN’S!

An amazing place for breakfast! Home cooked food with tons of off-menu daily specials. The staff is super friendly and the place is clean. This is definitely a must stop eatery in Brighton.
Fantastic breakfast! The service was exceptional! There was a small wait for seating, but it was absolutely worth it. My family and I really adore this hidden gem in Brighton!
Very nice place for breakfast. I had the Salmon Benedict. It was great. Best hollandaise sauce I have had in a while.
We had breakfast,coffee was good,nice clean restaurant. Yes, we would go here again.
