I went to this restaurant with my work friends for a Christmas meal. The service was extremely slow and the food was not hot. I ordered the beef cheek, but it was filled with slimy fat and the crème brûlée was burnt. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant. The cocktails we had were overly sweet. Although the restaurant was busy, I still expect my food to be served hot. Overall, the dinner experience was disappointing. The price per person was £30-40. Food quality was rated 2 out of 5, service was a 3 out of 5, and the atmosphere was a 4 out of 5.
I went to this restaurant last night. I found the food to be overrated and expensive. I was disappointed to be served only 5 small pieces of ravioli for £16. The frozen chips were also a letdown. The staff were not very friendly either. However, the surroundings were nice. The prices were quite high, with a glass of wine costing £11. I think I will be trying a different restaurant next time. Overall, I would rate the food and service as a 1, and the atmosphere as a 2. The price per person for a meal here is usually between £50-£60.
part of a party. hidden the karaoke room then came down to the mainbar. the karaoke room above was great .then the main was fenced all night. great atmosphere no sign of a disturbing....the strange person who had drunk too much was politely asked to leave .brilliant night, amazing staff. manager very professional and on the ball. do was great.can't praise this place high enough will come back deffinatly
Service, atmosphere, and overall experience at this restaurant are all top-notch. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and received excellent service throughout our meal. fantastic cocktail bar in the heart of lytham. they have a large selection of cocktails on the menu, and their barkeeper can also make special for them (if they are not busy) highly recommended!
Not happy with our experience. It was overpriced and manager was not friendly at all!. If you want a chilled night out then domt recommend as you feel watched the whole time!
