Terrible experience! It seems the staff here doesn't know how to read an order from Uber. They messed up my order twice, and when I asked to speak with the manager, she just said, "Sorry, we can't do anything.” What kind of customer service is that? She clearly doesn't have the training to help her team pack orders correctly, which only leads to more problems. I paid for my meal and expect to receive exactly what I ordered! I would give this place zero stars if I could!
I recently went to order some arepas, and I noticed that the price displayed on the board was different from what I was charged. When I asked the cashiers about it, they admitted that the board needs to be updated, but they still don’t honor the advertised prices. This feels like false advertising to me. The prices are quite high, and the food just isn’t worth it. This will be the last time I order from here.
The decor of the restaurant is quite distinctive, and the background music really gives you a sense of being in Colombia. The service has been satisfactory, but the food is outstanding! The prices are reasonable, and everything I’ve tried has been to my liking—no complaints whatsoever. There’s plenty of free parking around the corner, and if you’re lucky, you might find a spot right in front.
I tried this restaurant for the first time, but it didn't leave me impressed. The food arrived cold, and the chicharrón tasted like it had been sitting out all morning. Love everything about this establishment. The care in food preparation, service, and providing recommendations on entrees. I wish I knew the woman who took care of me but I know she'll remember me after I left her a VERY generous tip! ?
My husband and I used to frequent this restaurant regularly, but ever since they started adding tips to the bills and raising the prices significantly, we’ve decided not to return.
