I ordered a veggie quesadilla, yet one bite quickly revealed I was given a factory-farmed chicken quesadilla*.
Consequently, I had to wait a significant amount of time to eat. The wait for the first one wasn't particularly impressive, either.
The veggie quesadilla was meagre and underwhelming. It should probably just be renamed the cheap cheese quesadilla instead.
One staff member seemed genuinely concerned and was apologetic. Though, the apology was the only remedy to the issue the staff offered.
*It's quite ironic that Zomato lists vegetarian friendly and vegan as highlights. If you are vegetarian or vegan, I would only recommend you eat here if you secretly love eating meat.

Normalerweise nicht, um schlechte Bewertungen zu hinterlassen, aber nur 17 Dollar für eine "nackte Burrito-Schüssel" bezahlt und bin wirklich angesaugt. Hat für zusätzliches Fleisch bezahlt, weil die Portion Hähnchens so hängig war. Die Salatversorgungen waren auch wirklich geizig. Zahlte zusätzliche $ 2 für einen kleinen Esslöffel Guac. Wurde nicht einmal in der Schüssel gut montiert, das Essen wurde gerade eingespannt und sah aus wie ein Hundefrühstück, als ich zahlen wollte. Freunde Burrito ging auch auf dieselbe Weise. Ich sah nichts aus wie das Foto. Wirklich genervt und wird sich an der nächsten Tür halten oder nach Zambreros fahren. Kummer

Love mad mex and I'm repeat customer for the Subiaco store, while I was in Claremont doing some shopping I thought I'd try out the store here.
Unfortunately it's nothing like I'm used to and the quality of service isn't synonymous between all franchises.
First of all very stingy, portions given were terrible especially for the price. (Pictures is a chicken quesadilla with added onions, capsicum and apparently I wasn't allowed corn because it's only for vegetarians)
Lack of customisation that is usually never a problem.
Will not return to this particular location.
Staff were nice but they need to learn to be more generous.
Not usually one To leave bad reviews but just payed $17 for a 'Naked Burrito' bowl and am really pissed off. Payed for extra meat because the serving of chicken was so stingy. The salad servings were also really stingy. Payed extra $2 for a small tablespoon of guac. Wasn't even assembled nicely in the bowl, the food was just chucked in and looked like a dogs breakfast when I went to pay. Boyfriends burrito also went about the same way. Didn't look anything like the photo. Really annoyed and will stick to Grill'd next door or drive to Zambreros.

Not a big fan of mexican but a definite convert after their chicken nachos! Fresh salsa complimented with the melted cheese..usually an entire nachos is too much for me to finish but it was so tasty I wolfed it all down, regret came with the bloated heavy feeling after. The quesadillas are too cheesy for me. Now on the hunt for a mexican place with free guac..now that would be an instant five star!

Fast and friendly service! I enjoyed my naked burrito with beef, it had just the right balance of ingredients and spicy meant spicy. Oh, did you know they now serve wine?
