We came in around 9:00pm on 8/24/24. I have never had a more pleasant and amazing experience. Our waitress Roshawn tool care of us at every step of the way. She has been the first waitress to ever ask me if I had allergies. Which I do, so I truly appreciate this extra step. I customized my meal, when it got to the table it wasn't right. She noticed immediately (she was not the one that brought it to the table). Took it out of our way and make sure the right one came. Which shows she cares and is actually paying attention to what you order. Which is impressive with how many people where there. When she personally brought the right one, she comped the whole dish. The dinning area was booked at the Schaumburg location for a funeral luncheon for 35 guests.The food in every part of 3 courses was plentiful, fresh and so very incredibly tasty.The servering staff were so attentive to all our needs whether it was beverage, fresh bread or food refills they were very professional accomedating.I was so impressed with the beef medallions and garlic mashed potatoes. The beef was tasty tender like the best filet mignon.We will be back for future luncheons and banquets.
The eggplant parmesan had tasty sauce but bland noodles. Service was good. The ambiance was okay, nothing special. Their house wine was disappointing. Overall, it's a mixed experience great sauce and service, but the restaurant needs to improve its noodles and wine selection to really stand out.
They are not correct, we lost 2 pairs of glasses and a few minutes later we went to look for them and they were supposedly gone. They stole our glasses, terrible service Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Zero. I forgot my sunglasses on the table, I literarily came back 15min later and they said it was nothing on the table. They did not want to check cameras and employees
Our server Maddie was great! Friendly and very helpful with everything on the menu. Great food and a great experience!
