HORRIBLE!!!! They have the absolute worst delivery and costumer service I have ever encountered with a restaurant. This place either knowingly plays games or are completely unequipped to handle large volumes of orders. I waited over 4 hours for an order that supposedly never went through because their system went down at one point throughout the day. I called over 8 times and was told over and over that my order was on the way. At No point did they even ask my name or my address to confirm if my order had even been received. Eventually I asked for the manager and was told she would be calling me shortly to discuss the issue...She never called!!! I called back again and was finally told by An...

Magic Soul Food is an excellent spot for a wonderful meal. Today, I tried their lunch special, which included catfish, black-eyed peas, and collard greens. Everything on my plate was delicious, but the catfish stole the show for me! It had a lovely, subtle flavor that really let the fish shine. As for my sides, I had yams and collard greens, and I was very pleased with my choices. The fish was plentiful, the yams were perfect, and the greens were tasty, though a bit on the salty side. I can't wait to come back soon!

Don’t make the same mistake I did by ignoring the reviews. They’re quite accurate. The customer service was quite rude when I requested to change my table. The cabbage was inedible, and I found myself tapping my nails on the counter out of frustration. The sweet potatoes were greasy and unappetizing. The fish was decent, but that’s the only positive aspect. Inside the restaurant was also messy, with leaves blown in from outside during the summer. The outdoor area was not well kept either. I won’t be returning.

To be honest, this is my third visit to this restaurant and it wasn't good. First visit, the crowned greens were disgusting.... the sweet greens eat too much sugar. The second week, the cabbage had sugar. This week I decided Broccoli, hoping there was no sugar on the Broccoli. It had no sugar, but it wasn't fresh. I visit this restaurant regularly, and the food is always enjoyable. I've tried the shrimp, the whistle dish, and the roasted chicken, and each one was delicious—crispy on the outside while remaining juicy inside. I found the lemon cupcakes to be a bit bland, but the red velvet cupcakes were moist and perfectly sweet. The sweet potatoes and mac and cheese are also quite tasty.

I really enjoy this restaurant! They offer delicious food and have a solid menu. The chef here is truly skilled, and I love almost everything they serve. The dishes are always fresh and flavorful, and the staff is very friendly towards guests. I've dined here frequently and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The dining experience was fantastic! The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the prices here are quite high. For instance, paying over $2 for a medium-sized Kool Aid seems a bit much. Other than that, everything was great!
