THE BEST Cantonese food you can find near Seattle area! It’s crowded during the dinner time so be prepared to wait, BUT I assure you it’s worth the wait. They have THE BEST and Perfect Beef Chow Fun I’ve ever had! The noodles are soft and smooth with good amount of chewiness. Marinaded beef is tender and fragrant! I asked for less oil since chow fun is usually greasy, and I don’t see ANY oil sitting at the bottom of the place. The sautéed offal is a challenging dish to make, as stomach, heart, liver, and kidney have different cooking times. And they cooked it very well! Clean,, easy to park, way better than Seattle China town restaurants , just about 20’ from the airport. We found live seafood today. I ordered fresh oyster, fresh razer clams and fries intestine. All good. I saw that they did have a fresh alive seafood tanks with lobsters, dinginess crabs and a few types of fish. Service was good, they speak English. I wish I went here last night instead of driving all the way to Seattle downtown China town for food dirty, bad locations with homeless, bad service and not speaking English).
We've been here several times before. But this time we are so disappointed. We came in and got seated at 715pm, ordered immediately and waited for an hour but there's no food served, asked a female server here, her attitude is pretty nice, but, we waited for another 10 mins and there was still nothing! Food is tasty but I won't come back again
I ordered for take out about a year ago. The Mongolian beef and the meat was tough, and the flavor was just ok. I've always had the beef to be very tender in other restauraunts.Overall I did not like it. That was just one dish. I've yet to try other dishes because of my experience. Little gem, with tasty canto style food. Service is speedy, and the restaurant is packed during dinner time. All the food we ordered is delicious and well portioned. Highly recommend!
Good food and services are not excellent but not bad. The environment is clean, not a fancy restaurant. Price is very reasonable. Will definitely return.
