Disappointing! I have been going here for years and have always been happy with the quality and flavor of their dishes but over the last year to year and a half I've been disappointed. I have gotten the chicken Lo Mein and there were hardly any vegetables in it. The egg rolls used to be plump and juicy with a great crispy exterior. Now, there is hardly anything in them except layers of dough and not even enough filling for a dumpling wrap. This evening I got Orange Chicken which is supposed to come with broccoli. I asked for extra steamed broccoli and I guess extra means 2 additional small pieces because there were 4 small pieces under what was supposed to be chicken. Now let's talk chicken....
When I placed the order over the phone, the woman informed me it would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived 30 minutes later, only to find that not only was our food not ready, but I ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes inside the restaurant before finally receiving our order. To my surprise, upon checking, I discovered that my wife's tofu was missing.

The meals were disappointing! The rice was overly dry, and the chicken was of poor quality. Many pieces were tough and contained a lot of gristle and cartilage, making nearly every third bite inedible. Additionally, the chicken in the other dish was overcooked and excessively crunchy. It seems like they must be using low-grade chicken. When we requested extra sauce for one of the meals, even offering to pay for it, we were flatly turned down. The staff asserted that there was already enough sauce, but it was clearly insufficient. I hate to leave bad reviews. Spent $45 on food. Rice was gritty and underdone. Eggrolls tasted awful. Fried crab Rangoons were bland and flavorless. I also ordered the four seasons which is not on the cheaper side smallest portion anywhere I've ordered in addition to the green peppers in it tasting awful and unedidable. Sweet and sour chicken was ok but I didn't order dinner expecting 1 out of the 5 things we ordered to be good. Cant imagine ill be ordering again. Very disappointed for what I paid.?

We always order Kung Pao Chicken as a way to gauge taste and quality. Unfortunately, the balance of ingredients in this dish was off. There were way too many diced carrots and vegetables compared to the small amount of chicken. It doesn't measure up to Chef Chen in Warren, which is still the best Chinese restaurant in the area.
