I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! I stopped in for lunch, and both the food and service were fantastic. I tried the daily special, which was a walleye sandwich. Some of my coworkers, who had visited before, were quickly recognized and warmly greeted by the attentive staff. I will definitely return the next time I’m in the area. It also seems like it would be a great place to unwind after hours, with plenty of seating available.
I've ate here many many times. The burgers where always nice in juicie. They would hang outside the bun. Tonight I brought family from out of town there to enjoy the nice burgers. They came out the size of a dollar bun. So dry we normally wouldn't of ate them but we all where so hungry. If it's new cooks fire them. If it's the bar you better think it over because changing your burgers might not be a good idea. JUST SAYING..
The owner lays on the horn at me, rolled down his window, and starts screaming at me because I parked in an UNMARKED handicap spot before I even pulled in. Could have been nice. Instead, he was extremely arrogant and condescending. Didnt bother to even step foot in the place after that....
Food is so-so, but the service was out of this world. Friendly, hard working cooks and waitresses. The Main Gate burger was incredibly underwhelming. Hands down the worst place we have ever been to. It took them an hour and 45 minutes to get two burger baskets, and our third basket never even came. The food that did come was cold, fries soggy, burger dry. The absolute worst dining experience I have ever had anywhere.
Took my family here for dinner. The service was absolutely horrible. The wait staff is rude and it took well over an hour to get our food. When the food arrived it was cold and tasted terrible. Don’t waste your money here!!
My friend took me to bingo with her and I bought us lunch the hamburgers were hard and nasty burnt tasting the bun was greasy not good food. February 17th 2024
