Maison Boulud - Tisch reservieren

This was our 47th wedding anniversary. We told the waiter no raw shellfish or raw meat for my wife. Salmon course came after a 1/2 hour wait waiter announced to my wife: we cooked your salmon more well done. How presumptuous to cook it...more it had nothing to do with her stating her dietary restrictions. He said he would get it to us quickly but we waited another 20 minutes. The pace of the meal was ruined, as well as the dinner. I did not want to make a scene just nodded all OK but please do not make us wait going forward. That fell on deaf ears. The meal was paltry. The same Chef-Owner, different towns, restaurants and experiences, Having enjoyed Daniel 's epicurean skills in New York, we were surprisingly unimpressed by Maison 's. Unremarkable presentation and taste of the dishes served doesn 't leave much food for culinary review. Nothing exactly tragic or disappointing, just about ordinary....Be advised that although officially Chef Tasting Menu is available until 9 p.m. we were denied and explained that the kitchen stops servicing 7 Course Tasting Menu after 7 p.m. because it is designed to be 3 hours long culinary experience. The fact that we were served the dessert endorsed for the wrong occasion is rather lapse of attention than lack of candles

we have gedimt on Saturday night in the maison boulud. we asked the day before for a reservation, and they were also full so that we two sit at the bar reserved. That was great. the bar staff is really wonderful. very friendly, courteous and efficient....The choice of bar is complete, not even including the huge weeping list of the largest weeping. our meal was excellent and worth the price. that is a good restaurant.

We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton and enjoyed our anniversary dinner at Maison Boulud. We were seated in the lovely and airy glass room overlooking the beautiful gardens and duck pond. The service provided by Katie and Sarah was top-notch. We started with some classic cocktails...and shared the Burrata appetizer. Our main dishes consisted of the Halibut and the Sea Bass. Everything was exceptional!

During my recent stay at The Ritz Carlton Montreal I had breakfast at Maison Boulud. It has both an indoor and outdoor part to it and I ate out on the terrace which overlooks a pond with ducks. I had the Farmers Breakfast which is...eggs and bacon. It was very good and the toast was perhaps the best I have ever had. Service was very good and overall a great experience.

I loved this restaurant. Spent the weekend in Montreal for my birthday and had a fantastic meal here. I had the black truffle pasta and it was delicious. My friend had the sea bass and hers was yummy also. The staff is not only attractive...but offered exquisite service. Great way to start my weekend.

Another wonderful brunch experience. The service was impeccable, as was the chicken and waffles. One complaint was from the folks who had the eggs Benedict— the Swiss chard was definitely not a hit.

we ate here for two breakfasts and one dinner. the breakfasts were fantastic, probably the best smoked salmon and eier benedikt in the city. for dinner the sommelier (stephanie) was fantastic.
