The owners of our rental recommended this as the best bakery in the area, worth the trip--which a family member then made every morning. What is there to say? The bread is excellent, with many specialities on offer. Tarts, dessert specialities, bright and pleasant. Worth...the trip. And there's an excellent local butcher shop just across the terrace.
Oh la la. fortunately that I'm on a bike when I stop there, otherwise I'd go back with all the cakes. showcases are beautiful, pastry shops are very varied and creative. bread is very good too. The little sweetness I fear each time: the square with nuts. fall with sandy paste, ganache, nougatine, caramelized nuts.
While this bakery wasn't close to our place of accommodation, we were still there in the morning for their delicious bread. And we had the opportunity to taste their cakes to celebrate birthdays: a delight! chocolate with nut cruncher underneath is a pure treat.A recommend 200%
We loved this place while staying nearby, really glad we don’t live in the area otherwise we would go everyday. This croissants and bread were beautiful everyday. We also one day bought some cakes and I 100% recommend the lemon meringue! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This was a perfect location for us while traveling around the Dordogne we visited here a couple of times to get cakes and sometimes a sandwich. Prices are reasonable and the food is fresh! I would recommend trying the cakes! Yum!
everything is good at square house: bread, pastries, patisseries, macarons. Not to miss the nut squares and everything else. a treat
