I came here with two others on the recommendation of a friend. I was visiting from Vancouver so to be honest, I was a little skeptical about having sushi in a place that wasn't close to the ocean. We went into the restaurant and there was no one in there. I'm assuming our good service might have been because we were the only table although the lady that was serving us was really nice. We ordered: Sashimi, Gyoza, Tempura, Kamakazi roll, BC roll, Dynamite roll and Avocado roll. They were good. The Kamakazi was the favourite. The sashimi was fresh and reasonably priced. Recently got takeout food from Maki Sushi and it was pretty average. The sushi pieces are in smaller portions that usual and it tasted good, pretty solid but nothing special. I also had the chow mein and it was good. This place was a good experience but I would recommend other places over it, to be honest. Just blended in with the other places in Kelowna.
This restaurant is own by awesome people where they will give you value for money! Ate in the restaurants, ordered for take-out but hey!!! THEY DELIVER ALSO!! Only sushi restaurant that delivers in town! The food is not blend and gets me where I want to be when eating sushis! Definitely good place to go!
Had the veg combo and 22 pc combo. I was torn on giving this a three star or not as when we visited it was pretty slow with a 20 minute ticket time. Food was very good, location was clean, staff/owners were very nice and made up for the slow service. Nothing fancy, just good food. I would come again. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We go there once every 2 weeks. The sushi is fantastic! the quality is consistent and fast. There is enough to choose from to make everyone happy. The service is always friendly and welcoming! We will continue to come regularly!!
If you don't like fish in your sushi, this is the place. Terrible value. The sushi has barely any fish in it and the price is ridiculous for what you get. We had take-out and will never be back.
Not a fancy place but have been going there since it opened...it is FABULOUS!! and very reasonable compared to others. Friends have also made it their go to place for sushi.
