Since discovering my multiple food intolerances, I have had to follow a strict Low FODMAP diet permanently. It can be really stressful finding a place to eat with intolerances to wheat, dairy, and vegetables, as I often feel like a burden and embarrassed about my dietary restrictions. However, Mamma Lina's has always been great every time we visit. They are willing to adapt their dishes for me and accommodate my needs. They even allowed me to check the gluten-free pasta packaging to ensure it was made only from maize flour, without any lentils or peas which I cannot have. What do you want me to say? I arrived in a very inconceivable building. they are not fooling. because inside is an absolute jewel. the food was first-class. no bad teller of eating in itself. even if a teller was not quite correct, it was immediately treated and the cook himself apologized for the slight error. brilliant. then the personal warm, friendly and full of life. then we had a party with the personal and entertainment. they can not help but in a lively restaurant, not lairy at all. fun and good nature. go and enjoy an entertaining evening and bring your dancing shoes. they need them. bon apetit
The Gluten free Margarita Pizza was so good that I was concerned it was not Gluten Free considering how good it was. It was brought to the table and identified as Gluten Free by the waitress but I was so impressed it's hard to believe it was Gluten Free. By far the best Gluten Free pizza I have ever had. The menu advertised Pasta as available Gluten free and I asked if GF Pizzas were also available and they were. Very impressed.
The restaurant lacks a friendly and customer-centered experience. It feels more like a rushed transaction at the cashier. The bruschetta was of poor quality, lacking taste and served in a small portion. On the other hand, the calzone was delicious, but it seemed to be the only standout dish on the menu. The staff at this restaurant is lovely, they are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The food service is excellent and the food is top-notch.
