Mandarin Duck - Tisch resevieren

I waited nearly two hours for my meal, and it wasn't even good. The staff who answered the phone were rude, the food arrived cold, and I’m pretty sure they sprinkled sugar on my dish instead of salt and pepper.

I placed my order at 6 o'clock and was still waiting at 7:30. I was then informed that it would take another 20 minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable.
