Another not my first time here, but first Google Review for this place! Not gonna lie this place is not what I remembered years ago! Unfortunately, no photos/videos on my end to share. Recently visited on a Saturday night around 10pm with a group of 5 7. As we walked in, there were security personnel. There is one side that played Spanish music with a decently sized dance floor and plenty of dancing (salsa, bachata, meringue, etc), and plenty of tables surrounding, a bar, with seats occupied. When the food arrived, we ordered seven meals but found them completely lacking in flavor. We joked about perhaps having Covid since nothing tasted like anything. We ended up going elsewhere for dessert, which was fantastic.
In summary, while the atmosphere was nice, the policy made it frustrating for the waitstaff and the food was disappointing. We suggest spending your money somewhere else.
I visited this restaurant to try something new, and it truly surpassed our expectations! Our group of eight, including seniors and children, enjoyed the food immensely. The appetizers and main courses were fantastic, making it the best local Mediterranean spot we've found. The service was excellent as well! I highly recommend giving it a try and sharing the word!
I don’t usually write reviews but i had to for Mango. I was treated with such good hospitality as soon as I arrived. The staff is welcoming and so nice. Their hookah and food is literally the best in Chicago. Will definitely be coming back!!! Shout out to Ramy for treating us like family!

This is the best place ever! I absolutely love their hookah, food, and atmosphere. Essam and Ramy are fantastic—so friendly and welcoming. I can't get enough of the mango!
