It's not often I give out 1 star reviews but....wanted to get pizza tonight because we have a newborn at home. Typically Manhattan is pretty good. Ordered from Centerville location a little after 5. Called at 6:25 to check on status and the person who answered the phone told me pizza had already left and should be there shortly. Called back at 6:50, no one picked up, tried again at 6:55 the person from earlier said she would need to call driver and she would call me back. (Surprise! Never called back... We decided to give this restaurant a try, despite the negative reviews. Unfortunately, it is not a great place for pizza. The pizza dough lacks flavor, despite being advertised as hand-tossed. The sauce also lacks flavor. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, but there were only ten small pieces on a 16-inch pie, which was disappointing. The cheese was sparse and almost glue-like. The customer service was lacking, with no greeting and just a creepy stare. They did not provide any water, and when we ordered a salad, they simply tossed it onto the table and walked away without providing plates or utensils. We had to ask for soda as well. The actual menu is more expensive than the menu loaded on Google Maps. They were out of my first order but told me after I paid. I tried to order something else and they were out of that too. I went ahead and got a refund. The employee Sol provided excellent customer service and maintained professionalism the entire time. So great employees, but not great as a restaurant. I might give this location another chance.
I ordered a Family meal with pizza, house salad, garlic bread, and spaghetti. Unfortunately, none of the items were enjoyable. The spaghetti, which was the best of the dishes, still had water on it and I had to drain a cup of water from the container. The bread was extremely hard and stale, and the pizza tasted like cardboard - my dog wouldn't even eat it. Very disappointing.
The grilled chicken salad was terrible, the restaurant had no drinks left, and the staff was rude and inattentive. I should have just waited until I got to the Warrenton location where I know I can always rely on good quality food.
Delivery was terrible-Took forever, the food was ice cold, and my dipping sauce was missing. Truly disappointing. If they can't handle delivery they shouldn't offer it.Food: 1/5
Scheduled to open at 10. Arrived at 10:50. Doors locked. Cooks see me knocking/banging on glass and hide from view. Store is ran by kids. Good food but ruined by staff.
I received my order earlier than they said. they forgot and sent them out. the salads were beautiful. I'd like to reorder them. thanks!
The pizza is my favorite! That's now the only place we order pizza from. Salads are really good too!
