I ordered a manicotti with aubergine parmesan, expecting it to come with pasta. To my surprise, it was served with extra bread, which I thought was a bit odd.

I recently visited a small yet charming restaurant in Smithtown. I believe it used to be Carlos Pizza at some point, a beloved local pizzeria.
This is the best veal I have ever had. The food quality and service at this restaurant surpasses all others. Definitely a must-try.
