Today we spontaneously went to this restaurant as a group of five and were kindly “squeezed in”. We were told on the phone that there might be a bit of a wait, which was completely fine with us. However, this waiting time ended with us having to wait a whopping 1.5 hours for our food. Orders here are placed via tablet, but there appeared to be a problem with the system that day. When we got the tablet, the previous guests ' order was still pending and I accidentally sent it. I immediately pointed out to all the staff (service, kitchen and counter) that this was a mistake. We expected an interactive evening. Unfortunately we were disappointed. To be fair, there was nothing to criticize about the quality of the fondue ingredients. Everything was fresh, meat and fish were of good quality, some of the vegetables were pre cooked and crunchy. We were dissatisfied with the rest. Conversing at the table for two is difficult because the tables are so large and you can only talk loudly sitting opposite each other, which of course increases the noise level in the restaurant. Wir gehen jedesmal ins MaPaSo, wenn wir in Saarbrücken sind. Es macht einfach Spaß. Jeder bekommt am Tisch sein eigenes Fondue. Sie haben da ganz unterschiedliche Sachen: Öl, Gemüsebrühe, ... natürlich auch Schokolade. Man bestellt 2-3 Optionen fürs Fondue, z.B. Steak, Lachs usw. in 100-Gramm-Portionen, zusätzlich kleine Beilagen-Portionen. Besonderer Gag: Die Bestellung läuft über im Tisch eingelassene iPads. Man kann also schnell einen Dish nachordern und zwei Minuten später ist er da. Toll auch: Ganz viele vegane Optionen. Auch für meine Frau, die Zöliakie =Glutenunterträglichkeit) hat, kein Problem. Leider werden wir nie erfahren, ob das Essen gut war. Das Servicepersonal war extrem unhöflich, nur weil wir keine Deutschen sind und kein Deutsch sprechen. Dabei wurde davon ausgegangen, dass wir dumm sind, obwohl wir Japanisch, Englisch, Türkisch und Spanisch sprechen. Das war wirklich schockierend, denn wir sind viel gereist und haben so unfreundliches Personal noch nie erlebt. Sehr schade. Stattdessen sind wir zu Mei Thai gegangen, wo man uns herzlich empfangen hat!

We were there with colleagues and had a wonderful evening. The food (fondue, schnitzel and also the vegan dishes) were very tasty ! The concept is great and the service with the trays at the table was easy to use. The service was also great. Quietly reserved but still attentive... that's how it should be! The devices at the table had exhaust air and the comment was completely excessive. We would love to come back and can absolutely recommend it.. .. thank you very much
Waited 2 hours for the food. Bosses prefer to hide instead of acting confidently as hosts and send forward the waitress who has been working there for a day. The food was ok, but comparatively quite expensive. After the visit, the clothes smell like you've worked in a chip shop. In short, a not very pleasant evening that was supposed to be a nice birthday dinner.
The burger was incredibly tasty and perfectly balanced. The fries were nice and hot, crispy and just right! The schnitzel Parmigiana was also tasty and was enough for the next day. We spontaneously got a table for two and next time we'll try the fondue. See you soon and then gladly again!
Das Essen und der Service sind in Ordnung, aber man muss akzeptieren, dass aufgrund unzureichender Belüftung die Kleidung und man selbst noch lange nach einer Fritteuse riecht. Für mich persönlich ist ein zweiter Besuch daher nicht lohnenswert.

Very long waiting time. 90 minutes until we finally had our food. A schnitzel had to be returned twice because it was still raw!!!! The boss didn't think it was necessary to come by. Nobody was interested!!!!
Ein großartiges Restaurant mit schnellem und freundlichem Service. Das Essen war frisch und köstlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
