While I was waiting in line to place my order, I observed the staff busily preparing, cutting, and baking a multitude of biscuits. The food was decent overall. I ordered the "Farmer," which consisted of a chicken bacon cheddar biscuit with apple butter sauce. It was passable, but the chicken was a bit rubbery. I also tried the Cajun potatoes as a side, but they lacked any Cajun seasoning. My wife had the biscuits and gravy; the gravy was tasty, but the biscuits were too doughy and undercooked. I had a little time to spare before the start of a real estate conference in St. Pete, and a local suggested I try breakfast at Maple Street Biscuit Company. Wow! My meal featured chicken, bacon, egg, biscuit, and sausage gravy. It was incredible—so flavorful and comforting, all on one plate. The place was clean and inviting, and the staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely visit again if they had a location on Central Avenue. Thank you all!
I ordered from Maple Street Biscuit Co for the first time for my daughter after raving about their fantastic breakfast. She chose The Farmer, and it certainly lived up to the hype. Even though I no longer eat meat, this biscuit was so tempting that it made me want a bite. The location was pleasant and not overly crowded, and the quality of the food was excellent.

I absolutely loved this place! They serve some of the best sausages I've ever had. The waffles are light and fluffy, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it!
