The food at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic. We received many compliments, all of which I wholeheartedly agreed with. Some guests even claimed it was the best food they had ever tasted at a reception. I would gladly choose this catering service again if the opportunity arose. However, there was a small miscommunication regarding pricing in the post-COVID era, which was partly due to my misunderstanding of the contract. The price had increased understandably due to rising food and service costs. While I had no issue paying the difference, it would have been helpful to receive notification of the price change sooner. I absolutely adore the food from Marchiori. I have been enjoying their cuisine for many years at Assumption events. In mid November, I tried to book catering for December, but they were fully booked. They suggested that I could pick up pre-prepared carry out dishes on Friday for my event on Saturday. It worked out perfectly. I was able to heat and serve the food at home for my 30 guests. Tony Marchiori went above and beyond to make my dream wedding a reality. I got married two months ago and people are still talking about the food! The staff was incredibly friendly to all 300 of our guests and the food was out of this world. Tony was so accommodating to my specific needs. Everything went perfectly, from the decorations to the dessert table. If you're looking for a venue in the Metro Detroit area, Marchiori Catering is the place to go. They were the reason why my big day was so perfect and the memories of their delicious food and great atmosphere are still being talked about months later.
