Trop de volume à 19h. Il faudrait en mettre moins et y aller crescendo avec le volume en donnant aussi le temps aux clients d’être un peu dans le mood. Aussi le serveur qui nous a accueilli a été hyper désagréable en refusant de venir prendre les commandes à table et en nous répondant très séchèment après. Plus tard, une de ses collègues s’est excusée pour l’équipe qui était en sous-effectif; mais honnêtement il y a un moment de tenue, de diplomatie et d’amabilité à avoir même quand on est fatigué; sa collégue l’a très bien fait. Sinon le reste c’était nickel. Faites attention au professionnalisme de votre staff!!
Arrived at the restaurant a little after 12h we are quickly taken care and installed. The table density does not reassure Covid in these times. Spicy Honey Pizza arrives in less than 10 minutes and is really good. No lies on the goods, the filling of the trim is well lifted and is ideal for other ingredients. The big dish of this restaurant is the really painful ambient noise. When we arrived, there was music stronger than anything, but it was cut shortly after we arrived fortunately.
The slogan attracted my attention life is too short for bad pizzas. The result is less attractive: the dough has little taste (farin or fermentation too short? , the mozzarella dry and the whole is rather medium. Otherwise, the staff is pleasant and the frame also. Very good pizza, good pates too. The room would deserve to be bigger and the kitchen to have a second oven so that there is a little less waiting on the noon and above all to review the unsecured sound. Very good address in the Defense esplanade. Quality products and dishes. The boards are garnished generously. Pizzas are excellent. Special mention to the terrace that is very nice. The only flat would be the sound of the device but in the atmosphere it passes unnoticed.
Thanks for coming to the defense so we can finally get a good pizza! I find that the quality of the dough has decreased slightly over time (a little dryer, a little smaller) but it burys a lot of pizzas offered to defense, even if a costly hair.
Restaurant offering Italian specialties with excellent value for money Pizzas are very good and tiramisu the same! The room is noisy, but eating in silence just stay in your office
