The first thing I have to emphasize is how we loved the atmosphere of the restaurant right when walked in. However, that would be the highlight for the rest of the experience. We waited over 30 minutes between our waiter coming to our table (not the waiters fault, I think he was responsible for almost 10 tables by himself) and we are talking that he only came over 4 times the whole time. Not only was service was at a snails pace, the food was mediocre at best with plates being prices at 16 dollars minimum.
First time at Marco Polo. Food was pretty good. I ordered the Shrimp in Vodka Sauce. The shrimp weren't cooked thoroughly, so I took a portion home to finish cooking it. Atmosphere was fine. My date and I were easily the youngest people in there (aside from some of the servers lol). I would return but probably not order the shrimp.
I visited this restaurant alone two weeks ago and had a great experience. The cocktail shrimp and squash soup were both really good, but the penne was incredible. All of that cost me under $40 in total. I’ve definitely found my new favorite spot!
Ordered Manicotti for delivery. Portion was good, but the Manicotti was flat instead of tubular round with little inside ingredients and bland flavor. Food from Marco Polo is typically excellent, but this dish was very disappointing. ? Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We discovered at the entrance that reservations are only accepted for groups of six or more, except on Valentine's Day. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate us. The food was excellent, and the service was great as well.
The food was excellent. Savory soups and salads. Awesome red gravy. Staff was exceptional and kind. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Well done! Can't wait to return.
I've been here twice, and both times, the food was fantastic. The red sauce and mussels are expertly prepared.
