So I placed my order online at 7:58pm for delivery. When I got my order I looked at what was delivered. The staff sent an old cheese pizza with fresh toppings. When I called back to speak with the manager I was greeted by a rude The manager that tried to make it seem like I was being a rat and would not give him the time of day to speak about the matter. The pizza took nearly two hours to arrive, and when we called to check on our order, the staff member we spoke to was quite rude and unhelpful. While I understand they were short-staffed, that doesn't justify the poor customer service we experienced. It seems Marco's needs to improve their compensation for delivery drivers, as they appear to be struggling to hire enough. Corporate should definitely take a closer look at this location because it could greatly benefit from more friendly staff. I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. They make it very clear that they are a franchise, which means they don't adhere to the quality or experience you might expect. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready by 10:30. I arrived at 10:45, only to be told that Google had the wrong hours and they actually close at 10. I'm pretty sure I'm going to have a hard time getting a refund as well. To make matters worse, it seemed like there were only young workers running the establishment, and customer service was clearly lacking in their hiring. This place really tarnishes the reputation of Marco's name.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The service is extremely poor, and it seems like everyone needs to be replaced. This is the second time I've come around 9:15 PM, and both times I've been told they aren’t taking orders. This is quite misleading, especially since the sign on the door says they’re open until 10 PM. The manager really needs to address these customer service issues with the staff, as they clearly don’t know how to treat customers. Corporate should seriously think about closing this location.
