Truly saddened that a local restaurant within the community provides such shameful customer service. We ordered a semi-large pizza order today for employee appreciation day, entered our address as it is listed on our building and the driver claims she could not find us. I also work in fast food, which is where the order was supposed to be delivered, so I was unable to respond to texts or calls. I eventually called them back to be told they could not find us-mind you, our address is clearly listed on our building and we only have one building, not super hard to find. The food was good, but the service was quite unusual. When I entered the restaurant, two staff members walked over to the far register, so I followed, assuming they were going to ring up my order, which I had called in. I was the only customer there and ended up waiting for about three minutes while they chatted and completely ignored me. Eventually, they looked up and told me that someone would assist me at the other register. I pointed out that there was no one there (although I could see about five people in the back making pizzas). My family orders here every Friday. Today, we came in to place an order in person. I waited before someone recognized. He was polite and said he’d be a minute. When he came to the register he asked if I preordered. I said no. He asked me to wait and take the order behind me. That was fine. Than another person came in he than asked me to wait while he took that call in order. Next the manager came to the register took asked if I called in, I said I was placing an order. He than took the next two people with at walked in with no apology. Finally, when he took my order, he said “that’s why people put there orders in online.”
I have never had such a terrible pizza experience before. The pizzas were dry, and most of the crusts lacked sauce. I ordered four pizzas in total—one for myself and three for the hospital staff. I will never purchase from this place again. The staff was rude and unprofessional, displaying a nasty attitude. Avoid this restaurant at all costs!

The staff was so friendly when we walked in the door the first thing they said was good afternoon and how may I help you.And when we asked for extra garlic butter it wasn't a problem. Thank you for such great service. Vegetarian options: I feel that a Vegetarian could order a vegetable pizza, but I am not sure about the crust.
I placed an advance order on Friday for a Sunday Delivery. Right after the restaurant opened I received order updates (preparing/baking/out for delivery). My order was delivered on time, the store delivery representative was kind and polite, everything was hot, delicious and most importantly accurate!
Don't let the appearance fool you! Marco's garlic parmesan wings are amazing! The pizza could have used just a dab of salt...but overall it was definitely worth the commute from Chicago! The variety is plentiful! You can't lose!
If you're looking for a great pizza for a party and want something different from the usual tavern-style options, I highly recommend this place. It's a fantastic alternative to Little Caesars or Domino's!

Ordering pizza was a chore... Phone girl couldn't tell me what inch size a small was...just didn't seem interested or enthusiastic about her job...pizza was ok, nothing special...
The pizza was hot and ready on time butit kinda tasted a lot like digiorno but better cooked. The employees were nice and the inside of the restaurant was tidy.
