Abysmal customer service, food tampering and CONSTANT issues. We have ordered from Marcos for years. When we moved, we started to get deliveries from this location. It baffles me how anyone actually has a good experience with these people. If the order isn 't 1.5 hours late, then we are either missing a soda, got the wrong soda, random toppings on the pizza one of us is allergic to, they forget parts of the order and then there 's today.... We ordered a large cheese pizza that came with a missing sliver. Yes, we did assume the pizza had shifted. Yes, we tried to put it back together. No, it did not shift. No, it could not be put back together. It was literally missing a sliver. So we called...
I ordered a standard pizza bowl and it was missing both of the meats and the green peppers. I arrived 5 minutes after the order was schedule to be ready and told it would be right up. 15 minutes later a second person came to the window and asked me what I ordered and then walk to the rack, picked up my order and handed it to me. I place this order 35 minutes before it was scheduled to be picked up and the restaurant was not busy.
I ordered my family a large extra cheese and pepperoni and a large extra cheese. They were both delicious and VERY hot! Pizzas were delivered and in less time than I was quoted. I’ve had pizza from this location several times and have had nothing but a great experience!
Went in to order for a company luncheon. The staff was friendly. Great service. The manager and waitress were both amazing in assisting me with an order for 20 people. Very clean and friendly environment. Even had a few laughs with them while I ordered.
The pizza is okay. First time I’ve ever had canned mushrooms on a pizza and I’m not a fan. Also, the pizza lacks flavor; maybe it’s the sauce…I don’t know. Cheesy bread was better than the pizza. Delivery was quick and they have their own drivers.
This location is always on point with my order and they never fail ! This location is a little further than where I stay and I have a Marcos near me. However this location is worth the drive ! Also there’s always great deals.
pizza is mostly crust. If you pick up a slice it will all fall apart, not much sauce. However loaded with toppings. convinced South Carolina has mid pizza coming from a New Yorker
Marco's has the best pizza in town. I was only there to drop my grandson off because he works there.
Pizza was amazing as well as th customer service I will visit this location again soon.
