I placed my order online. And selected curbside service. When I arrived, early, I checked in and played a game on my phone to pass the time. 5 minutes after my order should have been brought to me I called (I wasn’t really dressed to go in). After being on hold for 5 more minutes, I hung up as I walked in since I still didn’t have my order. My order was ready and sitting on a rack behind the counter. No apology for not bringing it out. I will say the pizza was delicious, but if you can’t bring out an order timely, don’t bother offering curbside service.
The pizza is good, the service is not. When you place an order over an hour ahead of time to be picked up, you expect your order to be ready when you show up late. However, this establishment never seems to have their act together. The lady helping me toldme to order 30 minutes ahead next time. I laughed and said, so don?t give you an hour?! Give you 30 minutes?! Very disappointed,especially when you are taking getting it for someone else who is on a time crunch.
This store is the best. And the food is one of my wife's favorites especially after her treatments every month and it is all she can eat afterwards. The staff is great. And rarely happens but if something is wrong the Manger will make it right. I will goout of my way to order from them because they care. Give them a shot and it will feel like eating with the family.
My whole family loves this place. It's by far our favorite pizza. The reason for such a low review is the fact that we have repeatedly now shown up at times that the sign on the door, the Marcos website, and Google have said now open only to arrive and find it closed.

Wanted to try this place and order for the very first time for delivery since I keep seeing the ad on TV over and over and they don't have a driver lol. Why even offer delivery if you don't have drivers? Fix that.
I tried Marco's Pizza for the first time, and it was excellent. I placed a pick-up order and went in to pick it up. The restaurant was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the prices were reasonable.

Love this place. ??. The food is so good. The employees are awesome! Its so nice to find a place to eat where the employees have excellent customer service ????.
Will no longer be ordering Marco?s pizza you cannot order thin crust on the mobile app. They took the option away. We have done this tons of times in the past.
