I can no longer recommend Marco's Pizza. During our recent visit, they sent out coupons but refused to honor them, even though the store address was clearly printed on the coupons. It's frustrating to receive coupons that aren't accepted. As a business, they should stand behind their promotions, especially since we never requested to receive those coupons—they were sent out by them. It feels like every visit is a gamble; you'll either have a great experience or a terrible one, with no in-between. On top of that, I don't understand why they have such a hard time cutting the pizza properly—it's not that difficult.
I give 5 stars to the young lady who was working there. I placed an online order and arrived before it was ready. She told me she was the manager and that no one else had come in to work, so she was running the restaurant by herself. Despite the situation, she was incredibly kind, the service was excellent, and the pizza was hot. It's disappointing that the franchise owner allowed this to happen.
The next day, I checked my bank account and noticed the refund hadn't been processed. When my wife called to resolve the issue, she was given an incorrect corporate store number and told the refund would take about 10 days to complete. This experience has convinced me never to order from Marco's again; I'd rather eat canned soup from the microwave than deal with this hassle again.
I placed an order for delivery online, but I received a call informing me that they wouldn't be delivering tonight. I was frustrated and requested a refund to my card. However, they told me they couldn't process that and I would need to contact my bank directly for assistance.

The pizza was delicious, although the salad wasn't prepared quite right. Nevertheless, I'm still happy with my experience! They offer the best flavored sausage, and the old-world pepperoni is fantastic!

If you order online they push you back an hour and a half, and if you try to call they refuse to answer the phone. Don't even think about it.
The thin crust pizza here is the best I’ve ever had. The lemon pepper wings are exceptionally tasty as well.
