Absolutely terible experience.Ordered pizza for delivery.Checked tracking of order which said it was delivered. It was not.I called restaurant to determine what happened where I spoke with Collin. He stated pizza order had wrong address, but would be sent back out. I asked his name he mumbled something, I asked him to spell his name at which time he said I 've gotta wait on other people and hung up.I called back and spoke to John, the Manager, who advised that, again the order was going to be sent back out and would be 25-30 mins. I 've now been waiting an hour and it 's going to be another 25 to 30 minutes.I asked why the driver didn 't call. John said the driver did call, but no one answer...
I kept hearing about Marco's pizza everywhere—OC, Virginia, Maryland, and even a few times at home in Pittsburgh—so I decided it was time to try it. Last weekend, we packed up and drove to Beaver. We ordered the all-meat pizza, half Italian, along with a 2-liter soda, all for under $20. The food was fantastic, and the people were wonderful. My kid asked why we couldn't get it delivered, and when I explained it was too far, he didn't believe me, so we went up to the counter and asked. The man making the dough was very kind and told us to just come back. We’ll definitely make that 32-minute drive again. Thanks, Marco’s!
The manager is completely out of line and is damaging the reputation of Marco's, a great company that has come to our small town. She struggles to read the orders and does not allow customers to express their concerns about the food or service. This manager needs to be replaced with someone who can handle the stress of working in a pizza restaurant. She has been rude to customers, calling them names and insisting they are wrong, even when presented with evidence. She claims to be the manager and says she makes all the rules for Marco's, but her behavior is unacceptable.
I ordered the special. Pizza and breadsticks. Was told it would take an hour to deliver. I called them at 1 hr. and 45 mins. I was told that my order was 3rd in line and it would be another 45 minutes. That's ridiculous. I cancelled the order and emailed their headquarters. No response from anyone. Terrible customer service the whole way around.

They keep putting false ads on indeed for management or shift lead. This is a LIE. They only want drivers. They also do not abide by scheduled interviews. They will only call at their leisure regardless of a scheduled interview per email received. Do not waste your time applying for management.
4 hour wait for cold pizza... Used to be one of the best in the area. They've had a huge turnover in their team and they clearly hire unreliable people. No discount for a cold pizza three hours later than what we were told. Never ever will I eat this again and I dot recommend this to my worst
Samantha delivered my food quickly and hot! She was extremely kind and greeted me with a smile. Food was delicious and will be coming back asap 10/10
The food is delicious and typically served quickly, but they're frequently out of croutons for the salads.

Honestly, it’s pretty mediocre pizza. It also arrived almost a half hour later than they said.
We love this pizza, but when it delivered 2 hours late with no explanation.
