1 star only because zero stars was no option. absolutely müll. I tried to order a pizza by calling and there is a message that I need to place online. apparently they are too busy to answer phones. So I tried to order online for 45 minutes without luck. then I went into the position. I asked the cashier if they were exchanged tonight? he said that they closed the online order system before an hour at 19 o'clock. I was also told that I couldn't give up any order at all. it was more than 2 hours to close! I've been working on a pizza joint before, and that's ridiculous. we would like to order until we have closed. apparently these young have so much money that they don't need the business. 2 h...
I have been ordering for quite a while. I just want to give you a great job, thumbs up to the delivery driver for my order today. He forgot the 2 litre of root beer, and could not have been nicer. He offered to go back and get it right away or give me a credit. When I asked him if he was expecting to be back in my area with a delivery later, he said yes, and said he would be happy to see to it that I got it. Such a nice, likeable person !! Thanks!!
marcos pizza saved the day today! I had 30 people at home for the end of the year football party. the original restaurant I ordered pizzas was not delayed within 1 hour, I called marcos and they had 10 nice delicious pizzas delivered to me to house in 25 minutes they literally saved my party! I am grateful for the fact that they gave me special prizes. they understood my despair and we are very willing to work with me. it was a great day!
Pools of grease on all of it. They forgot our sauces when they delivered so I dialed their number and the VM says they don’t have enough staff to answer the phone. Totally understand that. I’m sorry I have so many complaints tonight but my husbands pizza was wrong.. my pizza bowl had NO cooked peppers and it was all just bad. ?? no ranch with our wings either so what the??!!
Two days in a row not cooked long enough. Ordered yesterday, was refunded. Decided to try again today, same thing. So confused and disappointed. Love me some Marcos normally.
Really good pizza! The crust isn't too crunchy. It has a nice buttery taste to it. It's well cooked!
