Mariano's - Tisch resevieren

I have been working as a meat cutter at this restaurant for three months now, and I have to say that the warehouse management is not suited for the job at all. The manager only seems concerned with showing authority and treating employees like pawns rather than humans. There is a lack of communication and teamwork in the meat department, with employees just doing what they want without care. It feels like a chaotic free-for-all, and if someone truly cares about their work, it is unlikely to get done properly. I came to this store on Sunday, and there were only a few customers. Very difficult to find food because every aisle is placed differently than other stores. Like the chips were at the end next to the ice cream.The cashier was an old male, very slow. I asked the manager if she could open the self check out. Instead of pointing to the open ones (I did not see before), she said she could not open them, and I needed to deal with the slow cashier. He was doing the “best he could,” she added.I decided to leave without my groceries—very rude female manager, slim white and with no clue of good customer service. I will never come back to this store.

The restaurant has a good variety of options to choose from. However, the prices are a bit on the higher side. I am not a fan of the discount card system they have in place. I don't visit this restaurant regularly, it's more of a place I go to when I have something specific in mind.

I had a terrible experience with curbside pickup at this restaurant. I was left waiting for over 30 minutes and was told it would be just a little longer. I would recommend going to Heinen's instead.

I wish they had more shopping baskets. It's nearly impossible to find any at the front of the store or by the checkout lanes and I prefer to use them over a cart.

This is not the grocery store experience you want. Unhelpful staff, expired products everywhere, and everything is overpriced. I'll be going to Woodmans instead.

They have a wine bar that has live music on Fridays for happy hour!I highly recommed it!
