We stopped by for frozen yogurt after waiting in a line to get inside on a Saturday night around 7:30pm. The tables were dirty and the floor was pretty bad/filthy. My husband walked out... would not eat there. Owners should pay for an additional person to clean the floors in eating area as well as in the working area. It was pretty bad. It felt unsanitary. Perception is reality. I won't be going there any time soon. I'm sure the ice cream is great but if you want soft serve/frozen yogurt go someplace else.
It's disappointing to see Mark and Julie's decline. The restaurant was really dirty; the tables were unclean, and the floors looked like they hadn't been washed in days. It was never like this before the new owners took over. The staff seemed unfriendly and lacked proper training. In the past, there was always an adult supervisor either in the back or up front to ensure everything ran smoothly. This might be a solution worth considering.
I go here often but after the other day no more. Young girl waiting on me debated me about sizes when I pointed to what I wanted several times. Then asked me what flavor when I'm I already told her twice. Asked her for a top, she walks away like she isdoesn't hear me so I have to say it again...prices too high to deal with smart aleck teenagers. I'll just buy Talenti.
I got the soft serve cones for my family. The short white girl behind the counter rolled her eyes at my wife and was short with her instead of kindly answering the questions. My review is not necessarily for the ice cream as it was only soft serve and there isn't much variety in that. Just the attitude of this one girl.

Absolutely loved the old Mark and Julie?s. I was disappointed when they sold, but the new owners really took it up a notch. The ice cream is fantastic, service is equally as good. Tried a new one tonight, ?Raspberry Chocolate Chip.? Definitely my newfavorite. Looking forward to trying a few different flavors.
Under new ownership, the restaurant continues to offer a delicious blend of familiar and eclectic flavors, striking a balance that feels thoughtful rather than simply trying to be different. The staff remains friendly, and the prices are quite reasonable.
3 scoop ice cream waffle cone for 8 bucks. You need to go get one of these this summer. I will definitely be back when I have another cheat day. Banana crunch and peach flavored ice cream were a couple of the amazing flavors available the night I went.
The quality of the ice cream has significantly deteriorated under the new ownership. Mark Julie's used to have the best ice cream in the area, but now it's just average and overpriced like Geloti in Caldwell.

Great ice cream. I love this place. Always tastes fresh. The workers nice also. Only negative would be the parking.
Taste is good , place is packed. This place is under new management . Variety and taste remained almost the same .
