I visited this cafe with elder members lady of my family for a catch up, we have been here several times before and it’s not a great cafe but it’s ok fir us. But this time it was not good! We had to clean our own table, the seats were covered in crumbs and drinks! We cleaned this as we needed a bigger table. We ordered our drinks and could not believe it when we got our tea and they had no lids for the teapots! The tea became cold very quickly so we did not get a second cup, which you do with their teapots. For our second drink, and I must say after speaking to a lovely lady member of staff, we got a second cup free. This time it was placed in mugs with tea bags, just one drink each again bu...
Last week, I stopped by the Marks & Spencer cafe in Beardmore Park, Martlesham IP5 3RX for a quick bite to eat. I ordered a bacon roll and coffee, but was disappointed with the poor quality of the bacon, which was mostly fat that I couldn't eat. Despite being in a rush, I didn't complain at the time. I paid £4.50 for the bacon roll, which I found to be ridiculous. If I ever visit this cafe again, I'll be more attentive to the quality of the food. I was quite surprised that a cafe associated with Marks & Spencer would serve such subpar food.
Firstly they have cut the crisps down to just 2 flavours there are no small packs of biscuits anymore or packs of teacakes/Shortbread!! So a sandwich with plain crisps and a cup of tea it was then and the prices go up everytime we go!! Secondly it's lunchtime and although there are tables spare everyone has trays/cups on them! So we cleared our own table but had the table next to us piled up! Not exactly the setting I want to eat my lunch in! Won't be going back anytime soon!!!
had only a delicious warm cheese with an American. friendly helpful staff, recommended the items fresh from the one. so much better than the overpriced dieucks products baked days ago! .and I have the personal here regularly spray and wipe the surfaces if they do not serve. in contrast to sb the profits will not be made by creative accounting from the country mental Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Attention to Muslim and vegetarian customers: please be aware that all the food at this restaurant may be cross-contaminated. The same work surfaces are used for both vegetarian and meat/bacon dishes, and gloves are not worn while handling food.
I was here a few times. today was pretty quiet. great place for tee or coffee away from the busy mall. eat hot and cold also available. the personal is always ready to help.
I spiled my drink and not only the people there worked very nicely, but they also recommended me a drink without additional costs!
