The sandwich at this restaurant was disappointing. It seemed to have been left in the microwave for too long, and I ended up feeling sick afterwards. I was too embarrassed to ask for a refund because I noticed that other customers were also served sandwiches that didn't seem fresh. Later that night, I experienced stomach pains and eventually vomited. It's important to be mindful of what we eat and not settle for subpar food. Our stomachs deserve better treatment than being used as a disposal for poorly made meals. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. Wishing everyone better dining experiences in the future.
Sometimes they’re great sometimes they aren’t so good. On a previous visit I had the chicken noodle salad which was amazing. On this visit the fridges where virtually empty. Another customer came and sat at the table right next to us which made us feel very uncomfortable. You can’t have a conversation with someone starting at you
They weren’t that busy but they where taking an age to serve people. An elderly lady didn’t understand the app and sparks card system. What’s wrong with a stamp card for the people who don’t have the app ?. Eventually someone else helped to serve however still took an age. Drinks where good
No changes to the display of food. All the sandwiches are white bread and once toasted they’re all greasy. No healthy options. More to food now than same old boring stuff that’s been sold for ages

Some of the cafes in the chain just don’t have the care and desire of this one. This one is certainly the best we visit on a regular basis. We’ve got one in worcester but isn’t as good.
The lady who served us was lovely. The food was excellent. I’d like to see the plant kitchen options sold in these cafes. All the toasties are cheese. More variety please
The cafe food lacks variety and innovation. The sandwiches all seem to be quite similar, and the cake selection is outdated with limited healthier choices available.
On a recent trip to Malvern we went to M S for lunch and a coffee. Lunch was excellent, enjoyed my chips. It was a good coffee and I am fussy!!

Perfect tea with extra water and milk. Scones are so good, served with Jam and clotted cream. Sandwiches of your own choice and very fresh.
The food in all the cafes doesn't seem to be evolving. It's the same basic menu items. They should offer more plant-based options.
