I get a kebab at Marmara's every time I visit turcoing. For me it's a discovery. The best doner in German, much better than the classic French kebab. Great hand crispy, super meat and very good sauces, and friendly and helpful staff to crown everything, bravo and good continuation.

Prices are not the cheapest for a galette menu, certainly. But the portions are generous, the fries are rather good, the loosing managers, there's some Ayran in general. Clean room.
