This place has really gone downhill. I used to come here almost weekly for takeout. The food quality is terrible. The chicken doesn't taste like other locations, they recently gave me what appeared to look like two small nuggets instead of the three tenders I had ordered (didn't notice until I got home) and the service is poor. You're often waiting 5 minutes whilst the person at the cash has their airpods in doing other orders. I'd stay away from this location. Don't plan on ever coming back here again.
I felt I was ripped off on my points, I told him my app was updating and when it was done I presented my bar code and he replied it was too late. He knew I was updating my app but still finished the order. Keep in mind that there was no one behind me to order. Very unsatisfied and felt ripped off.
I was here January, February this year. The atmosphere and the food was great and it was packed. Best chicken I’ve had. I went there today and no one was there and the food was terrible. When did the Arabs take over and completely destroy this wonderful franchise? I will never go back again.
The Gravy was extremely Salty, the main thing was the Chicken, under cooked, outer skin slimly and dripping of grease, I have to think the deep fryers were not hot enough. The Taters were cold, I will be calling for a food inspector to visit the site, under cooked chicken is not a good
We received rancid chicken. We order from this restaurant often and this was the first time we had a bad order. Will unfortunately not return. They did give me a refund. Either the oil needs to be changed or, the chicken sat too long outside.
3.5 stars. Food was made to order. It was good could have been better.Do not go here if your in a hurry. You will have to wait. Staff was not slow they just make the food when it is ordered. I would eat here again.
Love this location. Staff are very friendly and do their best at their job. The food was delicious, and very appetizing.
Poor quality control with the oil, everything tasted off. Small portion sizes compared to other franchises.
