I really like Mary Lou's, especially this location. The employees are always chipper, always smiling, and they actually say thank you when the transaction is done. The store is well run, the coffee is great in my opinion better than Dunkin' donuts. The place is clean everything in order well managed and the outside area is clean kept up obviously by management. That is very important, I noticed a lot of establishments Do Not keep the outside area clean and free of debris.
Came way before closing time, and none of the staff inside wanted to tell me that they decided to clean up early for the night. Both of the girls inside saw me pull up to the intercom and window, but decided to avoid me instead. I would've honestly appreciated it if they just told me that they were going to close early. Love the coffee , but the service is disappointing.
On July 29th at 10:55, the staff at the drive-thru were unfriendly and unhelpful. The speaker was malfunctioning, making it difficult to place our order. When we reached the window, our order was incorrect. After we pointed out the mistake, we were told to pull forward while they prepared our drink. Overall, I would rate the service 1 out of 5.
Saturday hours online are 5am-8pm. Rolled up at 5:15 and pulled on the door; locked. One employee by the door refused to make eye contact and instead turns to her coworker and says oh my gawd we 're not open-uh. Well then someone sort their s out and without attitude, thanks. Staff and service is good. Their iced coffee has way too much ice. Paid $4.30 for a medium cold brew (black no sugar) and at least 75% of it is ice. Also the taste was very bitter and acidic, cold brew should be smooth and low in acidic profile. Have to give 1 star for quality and cost.
Absolutely love the coffee here! Stopped in on Easter and the girls working were all super friendly and attentive! I always appreciate great customer service so I definitely give them 5 stars!Service: 5/5
The Jomelle team at Marylou's provides outstanding customer service. I absolutely love the coffee there! I used to be a Dunkin' fan, but not anymore. Overall, I give the service a 5 out of 5!
