Per our request we were seated on the front patio. Service was great. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Called in advance prior to arrival since we were traveling from Massachusetts to New York. We wanted to get permission to be seated in patio area with small covered baby carriage that had two well behaved sleeping 7 lb senior (13 years 14 year old) dogs. They are heavily medicated needing meds every 4 hours for health conditions. The temperatures were extreme 90 degrees so they could not be left unattended in car. I just left the restaurant after ordering a sandwich for $11.95 and using my debit card. However, I was charged a total of $14.34, which was unexpected as my card does not have hidden fees. When I asked the cashier why I was charged extra, she claimed she didn't know. I inquired about the possibility of extra fees from the card machine, but again, she said she didn't know. This was my first time at this restaurant and I had hoped for a positive experience, but I am currently upset and do not even feel like eating the $15 sandwich I received. The customer service was terrible, and I will not be returning to this establishment.
Server was rude, unpleasant and not friendly at all. Surprised they work in customer service. They forgot a few things we politely asked for as well. If I was the owner I would not want them representing my business.
The place is beautiful and clean. The employees were all welcoming and sweet. Reasonable prices for a diner. They offered good coffee. The home fries needed seasoning, salt and to be more crispy. I would return!

Prices are ridiculous. $8.59 For a sausage and egg without cheese. The food is not that good. It's okay at best. Find somewhere cheaper get better food

Good service and standard diner fare. Had soup and salad combo. Reasonable prices. Karen was friendly and attentive.
Good food. But there prices are crazy high.They charge for everything. Be careful on how many napkins you use.. LOL
