We arrived by kayak. We hung our kayak at the pontoon and we were welcomed as we were in sports and anti-UV outfits. The "discovered oysters" dish was a delight with 5 different ways to know how to do it. It's worth the detour. We were attracted to the woody atmosphere. In the end, I think we will return. We arrived by chance by kayak and the welcome was very nice despite our outfit. The discovery of oysters in 5 ways is a wonder! The dishes are neat and the presentation is superb. Pist of mussels, gratined mussels and brasucade: everything has been delicious. All this with local wine. Great tasting, a delight. The pleasure of tasting, a breathtaking view of the pond of Thau, and the pleasure of listening to the owner of the place answer our questions with a lot of passion about his occupation of ostreiculturist.

A very nice time to taste delicious oysters with a glass of Picpoul. The welcome is at the top, the frame is wild/harmful as you love with a few flowery touches that tease the eye. We had a great explanation of a oyster’s life journey. We'll come back for sure!
