Max's On Main - Tisch resevieren

Great bar on Main St. In Beacon NY. Went last night and it was great, has the low key dive bar feel, but without the drama. The bartender Lindsey was great, welcoming and good at her job. They had a young lady singing tunes last night and she was awesome. The prices are average, the drinks are well poured. On my way out I met the owner Richard, and what a kind grateful man. He introduced himself and we talked about Pizza shops around where I used to live. Great place folks. Definitely a spot yo hit up if you're in the Beacon area and want some drinks, cool atmosphere, amazing staff and to be honest an all around great place. 5 place for sure. had to try the blt **** mary! many horses as I like! so good I had to have a second! bacon really does everything/all better! Hubby was happy that they had flake molson. he ordered the pulled pork sandwich with maisfritter and koleslaw and he shaved everything and let me try it, I would definitely go for the next time, we should find ourselves near max’s (we had the bannerman castle ferry and tour on pollepel island in the hudson, very recommend they take the time to check it, very interesting characters and history). I have the let there be salmon with rice and sweet, very tasteful and the salmon was cooked exactly right.

My girlfriend had their baby back ribs (enough for four meals! and they were tender, juicy, without a spic of fat!! I had the Max's burger, medium well, juicy, not too dry, not greasy nor soggy. The ambience was beautiful, with art and a tin ceiling.Service was impeccable the owners/managers checked on us twice, and so did our waitress. We definitely will come back again!

Extremely friendly staff at the picturesque and gorgeous Beacon?s main street. They have a nice little selection of local drafts that were enjoyable. We had the firecracker shrimp for the appetizer, which was nice as very softly cooked. The entrees werelarge and fair for the price. Loved everything about the place. The service was extremely friendly and thoughtful . The food was fantastic. I had the spare ribs. Delicious! And the the corn fritter puffs- to die for! Atmosphere is lovely. They have a bar area, separate dining roomand outside dining. Will go back again and again

We wished we had bigger appetites. Never had better salmon, wings were great, fish tacos were wonderful, perogies were perfect. The chili was a bit salter than I would like but a great dish anyway. Service very friendly. Portions were large.

This place is just a collection of rock star people. Rich is awesome and really cares about the experience. The bartenders are nice, honest, and sincere. The Guinness is excellent. And the wings are exceptional. The live music was great ?
