I am very disappointed with my last visit to Pazzo's. I ordered a large pizza and two subs, but both subs were incorrectly prepared. There shouldn't be any need to specify that a gyro comes on pita bread; that's just how it is. That's a mistake on your part, Pazzo's. According to your menu, the turkey sub should include lettuce, tomato, mayo, and provolone, but ours only had turkey and lettuce. Once again, that's your error. Given that both subs were wrong, I don't understand why you thought a $3 credit would be an acceptable solution. Enjoy the $40 I spent on your poor attempt at food; I won't be returning.
I ordered a Philly cheesesteak for $6.99, ten buffalo wings for $8.99, and paid an additional $1.00 for blue cheese, along with a $1.00 delivery fee. I was told that delivery is considered labor and isn't taxed. There was also a 3% surcharge for using my credit card. However, I can't understand how my total ended up at $21.25, especially since I didn't even receive the extra blue cheese I paid for. This feels like I’ve been overcharged and under-delivered. I'm eager to find out if there's anything else that's off.
These guys truly excel at cooking. Occasionally, their flavor combinations can be a bit unique, like the stromboli that had a bit too much garlic, but that's subjective. The out-of-season tomato in it wasn't very good either. That said, their cheese calzones are absolutely delightful—truly perfection. The cheese pizza is fantastic as well, and the wings are quite tasty. This is the only pizzeria in the area that consistently delivers great quality and often exceeds just 'good.'
Pazzo offers excellent food for those seeking a quick meal or takeout. As a pizza enthusiast from New York, I can be quite selective about my pizza choices. So, when I relocated to Pittsfield, I was thrilled to discover a place that serves great slices alongside fantastic appetizers. Their mozzarella sticks and salads perfectly complement a pizza dinner. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and am grateful to live just five minutes away!

My favorite thing to do is place a to-go order from this restaurant. We absolutely love their calzones—they are packed with whatever fillings you choose. The texture is great, the cheese is delicious, and the sauce complements everything perfectly! We also enjoyed the pizza, burgers, fries, and grinders—all of them were fantastic.
They never seem to get the orders right. The fries are always cold. The food is good, but they really need to improve their organization. The customer service is also quite rude. Additionally, they advertise slices but rarely have them available.
The customer service leaves much to be desired, as they don’t provide any information about the wait time. On the bright side, the food is outstanding.
The staff is always friendly, and the food is outstanding. It's truly unfortunate to see that they have closed unexpectedly.
