Just a little bit confusing for people unaccustomed to mobile ordering from McDonald's, because I accidentally went to the drive thru sign number three and entered the number three, until I was told by my son that there were two spots when you pull into the lot and arrive, that is not exactly visible or noticeable when you think about parking and people getting service in two drive thru lanes.Otherwise, fast and friendly service, as well as accurate only after about a five minute or so wait. Couldn't change my number three to a number two spot in the app, but the customer service team member knew how to locate me.
Great service but recently there are burgers are mustard Take bite and you taste mustard the last time it was heavy mustard, I asked once a week for lite mustard and there was still much too much what the guys do, I asked for a drop? And the frits weren't fresh and hot they taste like reheated egg I don't like complaining, but you people will normally come back to it on your game!
Was blown away from the monopoly decorations. It was said that an employee hand made them all. Corporate should really check em out. The most beautiful decorations I've ever seen. They even made a huge monopoly board. This page doesn't let me upload a picture, but by far, the neatest McDonald's I've ever seen.
The McDonald's in La Grange, Kentucky, is clean, welcoming, and bustling with activity. It’s similar to any other McDonald's, so if you're in the mood for fast food, this is the place to go. Was pulled for 25 minutes and still waiting on our food. 2 happy meals 2 double cheese a 6 piece nugget and fries!! This is absolutely ridiculous!! The food we have gotten is now cold. Still waiting on a plain double cheese bbq sauce and sweet and sour!!!
no serviettes everywhere! lady behind counter ignored me when I stood there to get her attention. huge screens to place their order instead of a real person? no thank you. round egg and sausage ala carte costs more than a sausage mcmuffin with egg?
Just had my sons 6th birthday party and the crew went above and beyond what was expected. You can not beat the value of the birthday party. I had no stress at all today and my little man said it was the best birthday ever!
How long does it take to make a Big Mac and fries? Waited in a reserved spot for 30 minutes while other people came and went. Lots of their employees smoking and joking outside. This is absurd.

Great customer service. Didn't have to wait long, though they were very busy! Clean toilets! Great job!
