The drive thru never answered and we went in the afternoon. The speaker told us to go to the next speaker and we waited for 5 minutes and no one ever came on the speaker to take our order. We then proceeded to place a mobile order. They didn't have the blue raspberry frozen Fanta drinks, so they brought out the sprite ones, which is perfectly okay, but I then asked if we could change them to the coke ones. She said I'd have to come inside to get them. What is the point of a mobile order then??
Don 't know how to follow orders. The receipt can be saying the right order but they still can 't get the order correct. Past 4 times now they have gotten my order wrong, and it 's not like I 'm asking for a lot. No ice, or extra sauce is the most I 'll ask for, they still won 't get it right, even after verbally repeating your order to you. Done with this location. And the food here is subpar compared to the other McDonald 's a few miles away.
Just spoke to the manager and they told me they forgot to give the Uber driver half of my order and that if I wanted to come pick it up very unprofessional if I wanted to pick it up I wouldn’t have used Uber and all she can say was she forgot to give them the other bag now I have 1 happy meal for 2 kids never order from this location they’re horrible management and lack customer service
Could someone please explain why there is a rewards program if the staff taking orders in the drive-thru never ask about it? When customers mention they have the app, they seem to understand, but it feels like they don't actively engage with the rewards system. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I think it's twice to stop here! the first time I ask a meal without pickle and hospite what! it had n the 2nd time that gave me the wrong order!!! I know that mistakes happen, but if Ur-Shop is slow down rush and try to put everything on the right order
I have been to many McDonald’s in my life and this is the Dirtiest ever!!! I didn’t even want to stay and eat! It doesn’t even look like a real McDonald’s! I’m very shocked and disappointed especially since it’s in LaGrange, Illinois.
I waited at the cash register for 10 minutes while the staff looked at me and ignored my presence. Eventually, they informed me that I had to use the drive-thru. This experience left me feeling frustrated and disheartened.
We rarely visit because they've raised the prices of soft drinks. We pay full price for fast food elsewhere, so there’s no longer much reason to go to McDonald’s. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Absolutely garbage! I have never had to throw McDonald's food away till today. Oil they cook in tastes three months old.
