After asking the employee again if I could please use an outlet, he finally agreed, but only after I had repeatedly searched for assistance. To my relief, after we managed to charge the battery for about 15 minutes, my car finally started, allowing me to leave around 2:45 or 3 AM. I couldn't help but feel that the employee could have been more helpful earlier, especially since he could clearly see my situation and had overheard me discussing with AAA that help could take a while. I appreciate that he eventually came through and allowed me to use the outlet, as I was feeling quite unsafe and alone that night. There weren't any other people around to assist me, and even nearby sheriff's cars...
Absolutely horrible experience every single time I go here. It?s the closest to my house so I try to not waste gas and go there. But today was the last day they?ll ever get my business. I was waiting in line and told I be right with you. No big deal. Then the car in the other line finished their order, pulled forward. And I sat there and waited. And waited. Another car pulls up in the other line places their order then pulls forward. I then have to scream ?Hello? for anyone to even acknowledge me again. This McDonald's is by far the worst one I've ever been to, and I've visited some pretty bad ones in the past. This location takes the cake! I went through the drive-thru, and the staff member taking my order was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She seemed overwhelmed with her tasks and was clearly struggling, which resulted in her having a negative attitude towards me. To make matters worse, the service was excruciatingly slow! How many negative reviews does this place need before management decides to do something about it? I can assure you that I will not be coming back here. I'd rather drive an extra 10 minutes just to avoid the trouble. If only I could give negative stars!
To be honest, I've never actually been inside this restaurant, so my thoughts are based solely on the drive-thru experience. This is your typical drive-thru setup, and I've stopped referring to these places as fast food. They do have a double drive-thru. Interactions with the staff can be hit or miss; I often struggle to hear or understand them, likely due to COVID masks. If you pay close attention to the screen, you can usually end up with the right order. As for the food, it's standard fare, but the sandwich assembly can be sloppy and the temperatures can vary. The manager, Mike, was extremely rude during my visit. Not only did he sweat over my food, but he also wore bandanas on his head and used foul language as if he were running a casual kitchen. When I asked him to remake my child's meal, he added way too much salt. To make matters worse, the Happy Meals did not include the promised toys. I have already made two trips there and when I requested a refund, he denied my request. I urge corporate to address this issue as soon as possible and to consider hiring a more courteous manager—someone who truly values customer service.
This McDonald's location was by far the worst I've visited. The staff were rude and lacked basic communication skills. With my busy schedule and limited meal time, I was forced to throw away my food because it was completely inedible. The fries were cold and hard, and the McDoubles tasted like they had been left under a heat lamp for hours. To make matters worse, the frappes were not available on the menu. I'm extremely disappointed and won’t be returning to this McDonald's. The only one who seemed to enjoy it was my dog!
Its McDonald's, what do you expect? Long wait times and poor service. Food is usually hot 90% of the time so thats a plus ? EDIT: Worst McDonalds Ever! Waited 15 mins and not one car moved. Everybody should be fired. Worst Customer Service, always rude and the slowest service. It doesn't take 20 mins to get 2 cars through the line. Absolutely Ridiculous! The staff at this McDonald's are very friendly and attentive. However, I've consistently found that something is missing from my orders. I ordered Happy Meals for my three children, and it’s common that the boxes aren’t checked to confirm everything is included.
