This is one of the best McDonald's I've visited in a long time. It's a new neighborhood for me, and I had kind of stopped eating at McDonald's because I felt that the quality and wait times had declined at most locations in the city. However, one day I just needed something quick to eat, and I decided to give it a try. I've now been back three times! The Big Mac tastes just like it used to, and the fries are always hot and fresh. First time and last time. We came to order from the digital menu which I had to clean first by myself because no one was answering to me. So after I cleaned that I had to also clean table because it was disgusting. Everywhere on Floor are coversfrom the straws and trash. Drinking station was mess, ice everywhere around (hopefully no one will break a leg) French friesunder the tables Everywhere are dirty oily hand prints The ?unticovidglass? at the cashier was dirty No one obviously clean atthis Mc The food what I got with my family was old and French fries weren?t done Coke was good ???? Typical afternoon. Ordering kiosks not working. Few tables needed cleaning. Everyone was broadcasting their conversations (with expletives) for me to hear in lobby. Not a great place and I should know as I once was an assistant manager for McDonalds backin the 70's 80's. Cold nuggets (again) and if you ask for condiments, you get like 30. I just needed 2 salt packets.
This McDonald's is absolutely awful. I don't think I've ever visited without encountering some kind of issue. Wrong orders, slow service, missing items, and confused staff—it's just a disaster! I've never experienced anything like this. I'm not sure how they are allowed to keep their franchise; the owner must be terrible and likely treats their employees poorly.

I have gone to this McDonald’s almost every day for months. Today I ordered dinner in the app and somehow it wasn’t showing in the store. I showed them a receipt from the app and even the transaction in my bank account but they wouldn’t serve me. I will never go to this location again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The dinner crew is atrocious.

This McDonald's has gotten much better over the years.The drive thru is usually very packed,so I prefer going in.My foods been nice and hot for the most part.
Pretty bad customer service, workers are very snappy with you and mind that I came at lunch hour. Also food tastes like McDonald?s so not expecting much.
