I would give this McDonald's a higher review. Unfortunately the guy that took my order through the drive-thru was kind of rude and after I paid he gave me back change and it was the wrong amount. He didn't say anything and shut the window. I had to yell to the guy to get his attention and told him you did not give me back enough change. He said I am out of cash in my till. He then said you will have to get the rest of your change from the next window. I let him know that he should have told me that. I drove to the next window and they had no idea what he was talking about. They had to call the manager and she was very nice. She went back and talked to him and found out he was out of change s...
the mcdonald’s on bluff is probably open 24 hours a day. after the work I placed an online order, from my way to pick it up, and they were closed. the guy who works inside told me they'd close early. he suggested trying another night. I suppose to try to guess which nights they are open? No one forces them to stay open around the clock. they simply change their hours if they don't have the help. the manager called me and wanted to send me a couple of vouchers for free meals, which he never did.
We had 6 drinks- 2 in Happy Meals, a smoothie, 2 water cups we had to pay for and a soda, and we didn't get a single one. None of the condiments we asked for either. We finally brought it up to then when we realized they weren't going to give it to us and they still only gave of half our drinks. At that point, we just gave up.
Went through the drive thru. The employee taking orders was pretty unfriendly. Seemed pretty put out while taking orders and when he took payment. Then to top it off. They didn’t even get the order right and left out a few things. Very disappointing
