This was the second McDonald's my boyfriend and I visited that evening; the first one had a broken scanner, and then we found ourselves at this location, followed by another one off Ball and Gilbert. I have to say, the third McDonald's seemed to be the only one that made an effort to help me. Although they couldn't scan the gift card, at least they had a scanner gun.
I also attempted to use the McDonald's app, but it wasn't working, and they kept getting a strange pop-up about points. The employee, likely feeling sorry for my situation, ultimately honored my coupon for $1.29 fries. I went in hoping for a $6 burger combo and left with just a large fry. At least I didn’t leave the third McDon...
It's McDonald's, and this location is really good. The staff are friendly, polite, and patient. They even gave me regular mustard in a small container when I asked, which was fantastic. I’ve had other McDonald's, like the one on Lincoln and Western, where they refused to give me regular mustard and only offered honey mustard or some spicy alternative I didn't want. Here, the service was great, and they were kind enough to accommodate my request without any issues. I was happy to pay for it if necessary. Overall, this place is awesome, and I’m giving them a full five stars.
This McDonald's has the worst service I ate there.the older lady working the front let my food sit there went she finally brings it over Iask for ketchup she tells me to come up and get it she throws it in my hand she's gives me one wrong Condorment she rips it out my hand but to top it off she tells me I have to tell her what kind of drink even though they have a Dispensary I ask her why she just tells me I have to I never had service from a McDonald's like that and it was 25 bucks no less
With the coupon and points system on the McDonald's app, you can save quite a bit. The food is decent—it is McDonald's, after all. However, I’m definitely addicted to their French fries. They could stand to clean the tables more often, but that’s to be expected at fast food places. We mainly visit for the Happy Meals for the kids and the nostalgic experience. Overall, it’s just your typical McDonald's menu.

The employees all stay in the back where they prepare meals. And only come out when they see somebody standing at the counter. If you want additional cream or napkins or other items you have to wait in line to ask for it. It's not out in the dining area where it would be convenient. None of the bench seats are padded.
The elderly lady who works there was quite rude. I received my number for dining in, sat down, and waited about 15 minutes for just two McDoubles, fries, and a drink, only to discover that someone had put my order in a to-go bag.
This McDonald's consistently gets my order wrong, without fail! Their frappes are always watered down, and I often find myself waiting in line for a long time only to discover that their ice cream machine is out of order.
11-18-22. When we got home from McDonald's, instead of receiving 4 chicken nuggets in the kids' meal, we found a box full of sauce. Definitely not what we expected from their menu—pretty disappointing.

In my view, McDonald's should focus on drinks as a top priority. Thank you.
