I ordered a hot chocolate, but what I received was only a warm chocolate. The seasoned employee explained that this is how it comes out of the machine. I mentioned that it should be labeled warm chocolate instead of hot chocolate and asked if they could microwave it to make it hot. The employee, whom I believe was the manager, refused, stating they couldn’t take items back, and began to walk away. I then suggested he could take the warm chocolate back and provide me with a new one, which he eventually agreed to. It felt like he was indifferent to my issue and was trying to dismiss it. I never stop for food here only coffee I always stop at this establishment for a cup of coffee when I 'm around.. But today decided to get a Breakfast Deluxe and guess what..... NO COMPONENTS The service was lame, long, and with no spoon, napkins,ketchup, strawberry jam, syrup ?? and let me say that the taste is nothing with out the components. The worst scenario is thatthe manager bagged my breakfast.....
Food is worst. There is no staff to help. Food came after 45 mins of waiting. There is no rush nor people. This staff is running this place like a joke. Please do yourself a favor of not coming to this Mc Donald’s. You save your money, time and energy. I request the corporate Mc Donald’s to please close this place if you don’t have enough staff.
The location isn't great, and the parking lot is chaotic. When delivery services come to drop off supplies, they seem indifferent to the convenience of customers. Their priority appears to be their own ease rather than considering the impact on patrons.

The food is amazing! I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh everything tasted. The quality of the ingredients is exceptional, and nothing is frozen. The atmosphere is very inviting and makes me feel like I’m dining at home.
I often visit McDonald's and appreciate the quality of service. I rarely come across any unfriendly attitudes. A huge thank you to the friendly staff for their great service and fantastic menu!
The air conditioning was freezing cold on Monday morning, right in the middle of winter. It's hard not to feel that they’re not aiming for a welcoming atmosphere!
