I was at this McDonalds at about 12:10pm. I went through the drive through. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, when I pulled up to the window the drive through attendance took my card, she took a picture of my card with her phone, after swipingthe card multiple times. I confronted her on why she took a picture of my card but she vehemently denied it. I requested for amanager. The manager came, the attendant flashed her phone at the manager claiming there was no picture. The manager said shehas shown me her phone that 's all she can do . I placed an order through the mobile app, as I have done multiple times before. However, when I reached the drive-thru, they told me they had lost my order after checking my account. I went inside to speak with the manager, Sebastian, but he seemed too confused to assist me. After waiting 20 minutes, I left without the food I had paid for. This kind of situation is always frustrating. I usually visit the Washington Blvd location for better service. After filing a complaint, the management team did not respond or issue a refund.
For the third time in a row that I ordered apple pies at night after 10 pm through the drive thru I got expired pies. The first time didn't notice till I got home. The second time I did the same and forgot to check before I left. This time I checked. Itold the lady I wanted fresh pies and she said it would take 3 minutes and told me to pull up. After over 15 minutes I had toget out of my car and go get them because they forgot I was sitting outside.
The fast food experience heavily relies on customer service, and this restaurant excels in that area. Whether you’re using the drive-thru or dining in, you can expect excellent service. Additionally, they do a great job of assembling the food, a skill that seems to be fading in many places.

Easily one of the WORST McDonald's in Baltimore. From management down the entire staff is terrible. They treat customers terribly and I witnessed it firsthand. The manager berated a customer who had a complaint. Avoid like the plague!!!!!
I consistently get my food and drinks correctly when ordering here, but the curbside pickup service is very disappointing. The staff who deliver the orders can be quite rude, which is why I'm rating it only 3 stars.
Lovely place to eat. Food was delicious, well prepared that served hot. I love their chicken burger. Their customer service was excellent , you can never be disappointed. I'll be definitely come back here.
Quick and pleasant! I used my mobile app, ordered and paid. Was in and out if the drive thru in about 4-5 minutes.
