Absolutely lacking in accommodations for people with disabilities. People at the store have absolutely zero knowledge of the app and are useless to help with any questions customers may have about it. This seems to be a glaring omission in training, and it’s frankly alarming how much the person I talked to didn’t care to help someone who is housebound. I would expect nothing less from snobby pretentious Newton. Not much of a loss since the food sucks across the board.
This is easily the worst burger I have ever had. I've been visiting McDonald's for 20 years, and despite all the mediocre sandwiches I've tried, this is undoubtedly the most poorly made cheeseburger I've encountered. An elephant with a paintbrush could create a more visually appealing sandwich. The way this cheeseburger was assembled could make even Ronald McDonald consider removing his makeup. Tim McDonald, the owner and operator, definitely needs a pair of glasses!
I was pleasantly surprised! I have not been inside a restaurant since the pandemic. This McDonald's does not have a drive thru and consequently had to go inside. Tremendous setup, beverages are served behind plexiglass, all lines are socially distant and employees all masked and gloved. Service was quick (at rush time) and food was to McDonald's standards very good. Bravo to the crew and management staff well done
We had a wonderful evening last night at a fantastic restaurant we hadn't discovered before. The meal was exquisite, the staff were professional, and the cuisine was impressive. It's a McDonald's. Cleaner then most. Updated McCafe style decore. No drive through but still just a McDonald's. Update: Of the McDonald's that I have visited recently, this location is more consistent than most. That's a good thing. Fortunately, I have never been the victim of them having an off day.
Picked up an online order on May 22nd, 2024, and noticed several items missing once I got home. Called and spoke with manager Ralph , who said I can 't get a refund unless I make a trip back to the restaurant. Poor customer service and staff management.
Last week was our first time in this good restaurant. But It is surely not the last. We had great time with the generous service, with the superb meal and wine and with the friendly cost. We will no doubt come back in a short time.

Almost $7 for a mcchicken and a small fry ? Fry’s were old and cold , sandwich was barely lukewarm and it was noon snd busy .unless they made the fry’s at 10:30 and left them to get rubbery.
