Many times I have been there before they gave me my cup when I first ordered, then I could get myself a beverage and refill if I wanted while I was waiting but this time they didn't do that and it was kind of a bummer compared to the other visits. Also several people were there but everyone was still waiting for their food. Rarely before had so many people have to wait for their food.
Really disappointed with the McDs today. I placed a mobile order and waited 15 minutes for it never to be brought out. Went in to pick it up and never was approached while waiting for another 5 minutes. Finally someone brought my order over. Upon arriving home i found a cold burger and soggy fries. The lobby was full of people and no one at the registers.
The staff at this restaurant can be quite unpleasant. It seems you have to specifically request items like napkins, ketchup, salt, or pepper; otherwise, they won’t provide them. If you don't ask for these essentials, you simply won't receive them.
McDonald's has changed a lot, and now their seating area feels more like a corporate office. I really miss Ronald! The staff they hire seem to struggle with reading the orders on the screen, and they often get them wrong. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Found a few hairs in our fries this evening went showed the manager and alls he said was umm I'll get you new fries seriously you think I want more fries after that NO I don't think
Tried to drive through again. This time everything came out right. Order was as it was supposed to be and the food was hot and good.
The prices for fast food at McDonald's are outrageous. I've decided to stop going to McDonald's entirely.
